Governor Cuomo Signed Executive Order

Important news for New York Friends, Clients and Colleagues, Governor Cuomo recently signed Executive Order 202.67 to continue the modification and suspension of laws relating to the disaster emergency. In addition to several other provisions addressing the COVID-19 outbreak, the Executive Order extends the provisions tolling the Statute of Limitations until November 3, 2020.
